It arrived fairly quick and I started using immediately- at least that was my plan.The screen had fingerprint smudges in several spots that any dark images the deep blacks are ruined. I took pictures and sent to Uperfect multiple times and after 4 weeks they finally got back to me asking for more pics and videos.I sent them all immediately and then the silence... it's been 6 months. Meanwhile the monitor is unused, I blew few hundred bucks in the pandemic economy. I don't mean to be prejudice, but this kind of customer service is simply unacceptable in developed countries, if China tries to shoulder its status that way.Otherwise monitor itself is sharp and relatively bright. Power management is much to be desired- USB-C cables cannot feed power and image unless it's set in low brightness.

The only glitch that I found - which isn't perhaps with this 4K monitor only - is that the power delivered by my laptop isn't enough to power the monitor with the USB-C cable only unless I keep the brightness low. If you want the brightness at normal levels you need to also use the included power supply. This behaviour is documented in the manual, so I consider that the monitor works as expected.Other than that, the quality of the monitor is good and the brightness and clarity are also at high levels, almost the same as the 4K screen of my 3000 EUR DELL laptop. Touch functionality is also very nice to have.

My first monitor died after a few days. I contacted tech support and after running a few tests and documenting the results with pictures. They replaced the monitor very quickly. All attempts to adjust contrast, brightness and colour to resolve this were unsuccessful. I tried "Reset" in case it had deviated from some optimal setting before I received it but there was no difference. Sending it back and buying a different brand.

Love it.Broke my leg so have been using it to play my PlayStation in bed lol.Have connected my Samsung note 10 to it and used it in Dex mode to play xbox game pass.Have also connected to my laptop to use as second screen, only done this to test though as haven't really had to do much work on the Laptop (broken leg).All in all I'm glad i purchaded and would buy again.

I will gladly admit, the picture is beautiful. It is everything I wish my iPad Pro had.I admit that I derped when I first tried to use it because I neglected to read the sticker on the usb-c cables that told me which was for video and which was just for charging.The fact it comes with a built in battery that can charge the device you have hooked up to it is quite nice as well.The only issue I have is the speakers are highly insufficient. Some movies I watch on it I have to max out the volume in order to even hear it. Thankfully I have headphones which fix that problem.Pros:+The screen is beautiful and it being old is the reason I got it.+Includes battery to charge device plugged into it+Includes a case who's cover can stand it up for use. Make sure the surface you are putting it on is reasonably cleaned.+Pretty sturdy construction. For the size it is pretty ridged and feels solid.Cons:-Speakers. In the next version please improve this. I don't care if it is a little bigger/thicker to compensate. Again, for me this isn't as much of an issue since I have headphones. However if you have more than two people trying to listen, that maxes out the number of headphones you can use.-Lack of HDR. This wasn't a deal breaker for me but it would be a nice addition. Dolby Vision would be great but is probably asking too much. HDR10+ would work though.-The case is nice and protects the case and screen from potential damage. One change I would recommend would be to have the cover be the full size of the case. Depending on how it is held while closed, the screen can become visible. Not a major issue and if I knew about this one I would still have gotten it. It does do the job well.

I've bought two of these displays, I've been using them for half a year now. Overall they get the job done, but they do have a number of issues, listed bellow in order of (personal) importance:1. One of them is generating a very annoying high pitched sound when brightness is 100% and contrast is somewhere between 50% and 80%, exactly the interval where I would like it to be. So I had to go for 100% contrast and lower brightness.2. These are portable, right? Well, not so much, once I unplug the power cord, they revert to factory settings. I need to set up the color temp, brightness and contrast every time I move around.3. The back-lighting lamp can be seen as a whiter frame around the margins of the display for like 2 minutes, until the displays warm up. See the attached picture.On the good side, the finishing of the displays is really high quality. Also, having multiple input options was a great deal for me when I decided to buy them, because I use them on two different notebooks and a desktop (when at home). They also have VESA mounting, which helped me a lot on desktop usage scenario.Bottom line: they are usable, but I wouldn't buy them again knowing what I know now.

The monitor is easy enough to use and picture quality is actually quite good too. I got it plugged into my my macbook pro as a second monitor and it does a good job for that as well. This particular display is also touch screen which is a neat feature however, I don’t really use it due to the smudges and fingerprints on it. It is USB C powered so I don’t need to faff around with other power bricks when using it.

I purchased one of these monitors a while back and had a few issues with it. I did a review which was not very good.; Today I am here to update that review. Just whitin a few days after my review I was contacted by the seller and we discussed the issues. The seller sent me a brand new monitor free of charge and actually a upgraded version. The support team was very polite and professional and were quick to resolve the issue. They apologized for the unit with the issues and wanted to make good on my purchase. My review is as follows the monitor works great. The touch screen works wit5hout a hitch. The monitor is well worth the price. You cant ask for a better support team.

Ich nutze den Monitor fast täglich im mobilen Einsatz an einem HP Elite x2 G8. Er verrichet problemlos und zuverlässig seinen Dienst.Für meine Anwendung (Musik-Noten anzeigen) hat er eine tolle und detaillierte Auflösung und eine sehr angenehme und nicht übertriebene Leuchtkraft/Kontrast, obwohl er dabei schon auch sehr hell ist.Und für die Foto-Bearbeitung hat er eine sehr schöne natürliche aber lebendige Farbwiedergabe.Beim neuen Computer klappt die Anzeige sogar ohne exterenes Netzteil, so dass das eine USB-C-Kabel als Verbindung ausreicht - beim vorigen (HP Elite x2 G4) war noch ein zusätzliches externes Netzteil notwendig, was jedoch auch nicht sehr störte - und bei einem dritten PC klappt es ohne externes Netzteil zumindest auf ca. 50% Helligkeit, was auch schon eine gute und ordentliche Lesbarkeit bietet.Kurzum: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Monitor und würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen!Auch der Support des Herstellers bei Fragen von mir war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend!

In theory ,it can work . Since it have a full sized hdmi port, you can connect via HDMI port diretly .

Where can one buy the pen for the bottom hole, to use as a stand? What's it called?
I'm not sure what pen they used but it's just something that any normal length pen or pencil can be used for, or even just a chop stick or similar would be fine. The case it comes with makes for an excellent stand itself so you may never even have to use the pen hole.
Would this work with a m1 Mac mini?

What cable will i need to connect to my macbook air 2019 model?
Well, one of the good things about this particular monitor is that it will work with a simple USB-C/thunderbolt3 cable (no adapter). Even better it works with a mini display port/thunderbolt2 cable. However, I find using Apples own thunderbolt3 to HDMI adapter makes colors pretty accurate.

Will this work with the firestick
Hi there, I don’t have a fire stick but believe it only requires HDMI input which the monitor does have, it is quite close to the back panel so may require a short extension cable for the stick to connect, also the sound would probably be better through a bluetooth from the fire stick rather than the monitor, power for the stick is I believe supplied separately via a wall adapter. I’m sure it would look amazing, I’m not disappointed with it for what I’m using for as a second monitor and connecting to an Nvidia shield tablet
