The quality build and performance is outstanding, clear, excellent colours. In Windows every single functionality works as it should, the touchscreen is responsive and no lag at all (I used with Photoshop).The settings are simple and easy to access. The price is impossible to match and the built in stand works flawlessly.MacOS1) Check your power settings otherwise it will turn off continuously.2) Touchscreen functionality is a hit and miss, I still cant find the reason why sometimes it doesn't work and randomly it does or vice versa.

It arrived fairly quick and I started using immediately- at least that was my plan.The screen had fingerprint smudges in several spots that any dark images the deep blacks are ruined. I took pictures and sent to Uperfect multiple times and after 4 weeks they finally got back to me asking for more pics and videos.I sent them all immediately and then the silence... it's been 6 months. Meanwhile the monitor is unused, I blew few hundred bucks in the pandemic economy. I don't mean to be prejudice, but this kind of customer service is simply unacceptable in developed countries, if China tries to shoulder its status that way.Otherwise monitor itself is sharp and relatively bright. Power management is much to be desired- USB-C cables cannot feed power and image unless it's set in low brightness.

Bought it to be a 4th monitor "accessory panel" for my existing Nvidia Surround-3 screen setup. FYI, contrary to the description, the screen is matte, not glossy, and if you want to vesa mount you need M3 x 6MM screws. I see some Q&A referring to M4 X 6MM, but those are too large. Finished off with U shaped adapters to keep cables from extending from the right side.

It is not often I take the time to review a product, however my interactions with uperfectmonitor need to be shared. I purchased a Raspberry 4 with the Raspberry 4 factory 5-inch color touchscreen, had it delivered, and soon assembled it. Within the first 24 hours I managed to drop it face down and totally destroy the 5-inch touchscreen. So, I logged into Amazon to see what alternatives there were for a replacement screen. I compared all the features and specs of what was available and decided the uperfectmonitor best fit my needs. I placed an order for the monitor which quickly arrived in just a couple of days. My first impression upon receiving the monitor was how professionally packaged the unit was to protect it. I don't think I have ever seen anything as well packed and they obviously put a lot of effort into engineering the packaging materials. They also included the power supply and just about every cable you would ever need to hook the monitor to any device. Before getting started installing my Raspberry PI, I read through the instruction booklet that came with the uperfectmonitor. On the specifications page it listed the monitor's resolution as 1366 x 768. This concerned me as I had ordered the 1920 x 1080 version of the monitor. I immediately wrote the company inquiring about the difference in resolutions and in less than 24 hours they go back to me and gave me a simple little procedure to test the true resolution of the monitor I was sent. As it turns out, I indeed received the correct monitor and was told they simply included the wrong manual in my box. They assured me this issue would be addressed and should no longer happen.While I was waiting for my parts, I tested the display on numerous devices. I used it as a third display on my PC, connected it to my 84-inch HDTV, and even used it as a security monitor display at our business. In every case it worked flawlessly, yielding a fabulous display.By and large, installation of the Raspberry PI is very simple, however, when installing the Raspberry PI board in the enclosure there are two sets of pin headers that must be lined up so they fit properly together. during assembly I didn't realize this and as I joined the pieces, I managed to bend several of the pins. I again contacted the company and again within 24 hours they responded and told me they would send the pieces I needed directly to me at no charge. Two days later I got the parts, plugged in the PI and was up and running. Their support is absolutely second to none.As to the display, it is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are vibrant the detail crisp, the touchscreen responsive yet not too sensitive. The case is nicely designed with a support in the back to allow for various viewing angles and an internal fan to help keep things cool. it even has built-in speakers that actually sound great given the size of them.There is one downside that may be critical for some users. With the touchscreen connector plugged into the Raspberry PI the system will not boot and hangs with an error HD1. Strangely though, if I disconnect the touchscreen the PI boots correctly and the monitor displays the desktop as it should. Once booted, if the touchscreen connector is then plugged in everything works as it should - no system crash and perfect touchscreen response. It is only a problem at initial boot. Once again I contacted support and once again within 24 hours they got back to me. This time they didn't have an immediate fix but the issue was immediately sent to their engineering department for analysis. While that was happening, I did a lot of research on the Internet and found many others who have had similar problems. I tried 11 different methods to attempt to solve the problem, but none seemed to work. I spent literally hours on Google looking for a solution and finally found one, and only one, that fixes the problem.The issue seems to stem from a conflict between the touchscreen and the Raspberry PI's network boot option. It only affects network boot and all of your other network options will continue to work just fine.Should you have this problem, here are the step-by-step instructions to turn off the network boot option: (I wish I could take credit for this but after hours of searching I finally found that two individuals had come up with the solution.)(of course, don't type the quotes with the commands)1. In your editor type "sudo -E rpi-eeprom-config --edit"2. Add "NET_INSTALL_ENABLED=0" anywhere in the boot config file.3. Hit Control-X to exit out of the editor. Then type "Y" to save the boot config file4. In your editor type "sudo reboot". This will reboot your Pi. After reboot plug in your touchpad and it will now reboot without getting any errors.This only works if you boot off the internal SD. If you try to boot off a USB thumb drive or external SSD you will still get the error and once again will have to plug in the touchscreen manually.Bottom line: this company is first class, stands behind their well-engineered and thought-out product, and provides the best support I have seen it a long long time. I highly recommend them. They will take care of you. I, for one, will be looking forward to additional products from them and won't hesitate to purchase them if it is something I need.

Ich wollte mir diesen Monitor für unterwegs, die Universität und Reisen zulegen. Auf den Bildern machte die Qualität zunächst einen akzeptablen Eindruck, allerdings musste ich, als ich den Artikel erhalten und ausprobiert habe feststellen, dass der Monitor leider laute Geräusche von sich gibt.Der Kundenservice hat auf meine Anfrage sofort reagiert und mir den kompletten Betrag zurückerstattet.Die Geräusche sind anscheinend ein Einzelfall gewesen.Wegen dem guten Kundensupport trotzdem 4/5 Sternen.

So I was looking for a portable monitor that worked with my Mac Studio m1 max and this is perfect for it!! It actually let me use the "scaled" option and change the size of the text like your macbook would. It's the only screen I found (so far) that would actually work with my Mac.Only thing that struck me as different from several reviews (mostly from 2019), was the case wasn't a nice leather outside, nor did it actually attach to the stand. There was also no soft inner fabric in the case like I saw on some reviews from 2019 (maybe they just changed the make/model). Otherwise, this is exactly what I needed and I love it, even if the price point is a bit higher than I wanted to go.

So as an idea this is good, but practically the resolution is not really good enough by modern standards - the screen was not entirely visible. Moreover, the stand that came with it was not easy to work with for keeping the screen in the right position - despite the magnetic components. For portability and displaying a PowerPoint to a customer this would be fine, but as a work screen - not really what you are after IMO.

Do not buy this screen. It is not able to function with a single cable. Do not buy this because there are so many other screens that are much cheaper, and can function with a single USB-C cable.This screen is terrible compared to the other options.

**Update** the seller reached out and seem to really care about there products, my issues have been resolved and I would recommend this seller.I’ve had a little while now and the touch screen has stopped working and the “HDR” is a colour profile… avoid and buy something better.

Due to the weird back plastic design where it's in the middle and not at the bottom or the entire size of the screen and I don't know weird design the screen can tip forward if on slippery surface in glass can crack from frontwards tip not height drop a tipping over truly disappointed so far only found Replacements on eBay for roughly 60 2 $80 to replace with exact screen

Amazing monitor, comes with a which most portable monitors don’t have, had some problems with the first monitor that was sent to me but customer service was the best I’ve experienced and they sorted it out with no problems they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied to props to them. I would buy from this brand again 100%. The monitor looks good the colours are vivid and the speakers are decent for a monitor this size, very happy!

I'm reading other reviews and while some can be nit-picky on image quality, you cannot go wrong with how it displays for the price point.I work in production and do either light programming or audio engineering in a live gig. My first purchase was around May and it being a responsive touch screen (for my uses at least) has been 10/10. I didn't like relying on my wireless keyboard and mouse at my gigs so this SIGNIFICANTLY reduce unnecessary time grabbing the mouse or keyboard. Space gets limited at my gigs at time (small clubs/bars/venues).I did, unfortunately, crack the screen. This was because I didn't have the proper protection for transporting it which at the time I used was a backpack without the proper padding. But I liked the monitor for my uses so much that I had order this again. I asked about repairs but of course warranty doesn't cover owner inflicted damage but the company reached out to me and compensated me for my mistake. Which, to be honest, I was surprised because I was the one who caused the damage.One thing I recently discovered is that I could use my surface pro stylus, only the butt of it, to activate cue points and surprisingly drawing some legends (something you can do to label buttons). Which in my scenario, has been quite accurate. Maybe if you draw, there might be some intricacies that make or break the purchase for you so I can't really give details on that.From someone that needs a productivity screen with touch features, this hands down is beneficial. In my experience of owning the screen to when I cracked it has been working as intended to the point where I just said, "yeah, I'll just reorder another one." I also had a ASUS touch screen back in 2015~ and it "feels" the same but the cool part about this was the IPS panel and HDR feature.Lastly, the company themselves is very responsive to concerns and such. The fact they made an offer to compensate me is more than enough to recommend their product. Just be careful with transporting it though, it's comparable to babying your surface pro, ipad, etc. I won't be having that issue since I did purchase a pelican case to transport it.

Where can one buy the pen for the bottom hole, to use as a stand? What's it called?
I'm not sure what pen they used but it's just something that any normal length pen or pencil can be used for, or even just a chop stick or similar would be fine. The case it comes with makes for an excellent stand itself so you may never even have to use the pen hole.

What cable will i need to connect to my macbook air 2019 model?
Well, one of the good things about this particular monitor is that it will work with a simple USB-C/thunderbolt3 cable (no adapter). Even better it works with a mini display port/thunderbolt2 cable. However, I find using Apples own thunderbolt3 to HDMI adapter makes colors pretty accurate.

Will this work with the firestick
Hi there, I don’t have a fire stick but believe it only requires HDMI input which the monitor does have, it is quite close to the back panel so may require a short extension cable for the stick to connect, also the sound would probably be better through a bluetooth from the fire stick rather than the monitor, power for the stick is I believe supplied separately via a wall adapter. I’m sure it would look amazing, I’m not disappointed with it for what I’m using for as a second monitor and connecting to an Nvidia shield tablet
