This 4K touchscreen monitor has been in my arsenal for over a year now and has performed flawlessly! It is so sleek, responsive, lightweight and adjustable that there is really no flaw I have found to it at all. It has multiple hookups in case you want to use HDMI or USB-C, the brightness and contrast adjustments are stellar and color aspect is amazing because I am a designer using it with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications so I need that for my work. I bought a nice padded sleeve for it to make sure it had extra protection inside my bag that I carry it in even though they give you an awesome screen protector that has lasted and is still good to this day. I just clean it and it is good to go still. I bought some of the other screens out there on Amazon before this one and had to return them because they were garbage. The quality was terrible. When I opened this one and felt it, at first I thought because of the weight it was worrisome, but then I plugged it in and I was BLOWN AWAY! It is awesome and I will never go without one again. I just hope they keep making them. Now they have brought out other models so that is a good sign, but this touchscreen is definitely the way to go if that is what you are looking for. I travel all the time for work and I bought this over a year ago! No complaints what’s so ever! I love my screen, it fits everywhere but still works like a monitor! Gaming is great on it and even watching movies! It’s also super versatile! One of my buddies broke his phone and he just plugged it into this and where able to transfer everything to a new phone using the touchscreen! Bet purchase I’ve made in a very long time! Recently it got damaged on one of my flights for work so I messaged their support team to see if they could send me parts to fix it! Instead of doing that they are sending me a whole new screen! Also working with them has been just a pleasant time! They respond so fast that they were actually waiting for me to respond 90% of the time! Within 4 days there was a new screen on the way!

This monitor is amazing. I wasn’t really sure what to expect when I purchased the monitor, but it has blown me away. I am using it as a second monitor at home and at school. I first got this monitor for work at home. The picture is great and the set up was a breeze. It is way better than my laptop screen. I’d rather look at it hahaha. It has a built-in stand that doubles for your connections too. After having it for a while I realized why don't all second monitors do this? The built-in stand/connection ports seem so obvious to do. Windows natively saw it and with a few minutes of messing with Windows settings it was working. The touch is surprisingly helpful. I have to run two cables for the touch too work. The HDMI for video and a second usb c to usb 3.0 for touch. I narrowed it down to my laptop having an issue, not any fault of Uperfect. I messaged Uperfect customer service, and they were great at helping me narrow my issue down to the laptop. I am a teacher and I use it with my students sometimes. The touchscreen is great for doing interactive lessons. I asked Uperfect about buying a second set of cables so I can take just the monitor with me to school and leave a set of cables at school. They said they didn’t sell them but would mail me a set. I couldn’t believe it. I actually really wanted to pay but they insisted, now that is great customer service. Just a bit of advice get a case if you travel with it. Uperfect sells a nice one. It is just one big screen, so I am always worried I am going to scratch it or crack it. I couldn’t be happier with the monitor and the company.

It should. I use my UPERFECT 4K screen with an Android phone. I do have to provide additional power with the other USB C port on the screen. Touch works fine.

Hi Stephanie, 1. Short press the power button to enter the display menu and adjust the volume to 100%; 2. Adjust the volume of the device to 100%; 3. Adjust the sound of the player to 100%; 4. If the demand is still not met, just A speaker can be connected through the headphone jack of the monitor.

Does it support / accept 4k hdr 24/60 hz signal from bluray player ?

I believe it does. But please bear in mind, with such “built for all” products made in PRC at a good price, you will only know only if you test it. Sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes it works but of so-so quality, and sometimes it gives you surprise. I have tested mine with Apple TV 4K playing iTunes movies and Netflix movies, ok but not bright enough. Have also tested mine with iPhone and Android phones, it looks better. Power it independently matters a lot. Good luck.
