Sometimes the touch screen didn't work (seems to be dependable on which USB port you plug into the computer) and the battery can be improved in the next model.Chinese generic user guide and box, this is a pit.

I really love this portable touchscreen monitor! I connected my Windows 11 mini PC to this monitor, touchscreen works very well! If you want touchscreen, you gotta insert USB-A cable into monitor and USB-C cable into PC. Touchscreen will not be working without it. If you want to use a keyboard, insert it into PC, not monitor!I am glad I didn’t buy a bigger monitor because 15.6” screen is great size for my eyes. My eyes are very sensitive to bright light. I could have low brightness but not during the day, I hate to adjust brightness often. This Monitor is perfect for my eyes I don’t have to adjust brightness anymore.Note: if you are using Windows 11 and keyboard isn’t working, unplug an USB-A to USB-C cable from both monitor and PC. Then go to settlings on PC and turn off all touchscreen keyboard selections. There you go!

This monitor makes make job so much easier. My job as a Solution Engineer, is to demonstrate software remotely all day. I love using my widescreen monitor for daily activities but it creates a problem when trying to share the screen during presentations as it makes the content look very small due to the resolution (5k). As you can see from the pictures, I am able to use this portable monitor as a secondary screen and to share the content during the presentations and it works great!Another benefit is that you are able to use the same cable for the signal and power, therefore it makes it it very easy to just plug one cable and you are good to go. This is also very convenient when I use it with my MacBook Pro outside my office as a second monitor. Finally, the built-in stand design makes it very simple to setup and allows you to quickly switch to portrait mode if needed. This brings the only negative which is that the stand is narrower than the screen, making it difficult at times to reach the ports and control buttons. But you get used to it after a while.Overall a great monitor for the price, and their customer services is great, this is the second monitor a purchased from them and the few times I have reached out they have always been very helpful and friendly. I was not able to make my previous monitor with my iPhone and after reaching out to them, they not only helped me with instructions on the adapter that was needed but reimbursed me for the cost of the adapter after I bought it. Really great customer service!

Una buena pantalla, de mucha calidad. La devolví porque necesitaba un monitor 4K y lo adquirí de la misma marca. Es ligera y muy portátil. incluye funda que sirve como estante.

The monitor is great, touchscreen in mirror mode is perfect and is exactly what I wanted. On a Mac, too. But the service was even better and I very much appreciated that!

Let’s start with the main thing: the display. The display itself is amazing. I’m using it as a secondary monitor for work purposes connected to my MacBook Pro M1 and it just handles it no problem straight out of the box. Because the MacBook has thunderbolt and usb-c ports, I can use just a single cable to both display and power the portable monitor. The monitor resolution as well as text scaling can be easily adjusted in MacOS as this monitor just behaves as any normal external monitor. The colors are vibrant and the screen brightness is plenty good for indoor use. I can turn the brightness to maximum (did not test for nits) but easily bright enough to see on a sunny day indoors. Your mileage may vary if you’re directly outdoors. Note that if you connect this device via USB-C via phone, the phone’s output most likely will NOT have enough wattage to set the brightness at levels past 20%, so if this is your use-case, I’d recommend connecting an external power source to the monitor.Since the display panel itself uses IPS, the colors are great and the biggest bonus is that the viewing angles are fantastic, it’s something like 178 degrees so you can definitely view your content from almost any angle without any color degradation. The touchscreen was plug and play via USB-C to my Windows device. Touchscreen works as you’d think, it is a 10 point multitouch. All of this is handled by Windows drivers anyway so any problems with that are on the driver manufacturer and not UPERFECT. I did not try the touchscreen function with MacOS as that requires downloading an additional driver, but interestingly straight out the box (without the additional drivers) the monitor seems to work as a trackpad where touching the screen will control the mouse on the main MacOS monitor. The monitor came with a ton of accessories, UPERFECT includes all the necessary cables and power supplies to get the monitor hooked up to a variety of sources, so kudos to them for doing that. The only downside to this is that the cables themselves are kinda short, but that’s mostly fine because your devices will likely be close to the monitor anyway.Talking about the build quality, the quality is great. It is mostly plastic, with rubber at the pull out feet for keeping the monitor stable. Though it's plastic, it still feels very solid. The front of the monitor is one piece glass, and the bezels are great for the monitor, with the side and top bezels being small while the chin has the largest bezel. The stand is interesting because this monitor being touchscreen allows you to have it either in portrait or landscape. In landscape mode, the hinge is super strong and you can use it in a few angles. If you want to make it portrait, you just set it via software and then you can turn the entire hinge 90 degrees. There is a push button latch that releases an extending leg that allows you to prop up the monitor. I only tested the touchscreen briefly and generally speaking the monitor is decently stable, although it depends on how hard you’re pressing the screen and where on the screen you’re pressing (top half vs bottom half). Also it depends on the type of surface the monitor is resting on.Overall I’m very happy with the monitor so far and have used it every single day without any issues! Would highly recommend. The only way it could be even better is if it came with a VESA mount so I can mount it vertically next to my workstation!

I'm reading other reviews and while some can be nit-picky on image quality, you cannot go wrong with how it displays for the price point.I work in production and do either light programming or audio engineering in a live gig. My first purchase was around May and it being a responsive touch screen (for my uses at least) has been 10/10. I didn't like relying on my wireless keyboard and mouse at my gigs so this SIGNIFICANTLY reduce unnecessary time grabbing the mouse or keyboard. Space gets limited at my gigs at time (small clubs/bars/venues).I did, unfortunately, crack the screen. This was because I didn't have the proper protection for transporting it which at the time I used was a backpack without the proper padding. But I liked the monitor for my uses so much that I had order this again. I asked about repairs but of course warranty doesn't cover owner inflicted damage but the company reached out to me and compensated me for my mistake. Which, to be honest, I was surprised because I was the one who caused the damage. One thing I recently discovered is that I could use my surface pro stylus, only the butt of it, to activate cue points and surprisingly drawing some legends (something you can do to label buttons). Which in my scenario, has been quite accurate. Maybe if you draw, there might be some intricacies that make or break the purchase for you so I can't really give details on that. From someone that needs a productivity screen with touch features, this hands down is beneficial. In my experience of owning the screen to when I cracked it has been working as intended to the point where I just said, "yeah, I'll just reorder another one." I also had a ASUS touch screen back in 2015~ and it "feels" the same but the cool part about this was the IPS panel and HDR feature.Lastly, the company themselves is very responsive to concerns and such. The fact they made an offer to compensate me is more than enough to recommend their product. Just be careful with transporting it though, it's comparable to babying your surface pro, ipad, etc. I won't be having that issue since I did purchase a pelican case to transport it.

Belle écran mais pas tactile, je l'ai essayé en mode dex avec mon Samsung s22 ultra mais marche pas. Et la batterie de l'écran qui passe de 44% à 12% en 15min sa fait peur.

Monitor is great, wish it came with an HDMI to display port converter.

So the picture is great, but the touch capability has bugged out so many times that I've completely disabled it.

For the price it's decent but there are better monitors out there. This one is glitchy. Sometimes tapping on the screen doesn't do anything, it doesn't auto select input (you're often left with a dark screen and need to plug your phone/tablet back in to change the input.)Needed it for a trip I was taking and wish I bought something else.

I've been using the monitor as a daily driver for about a month. Very happy with the display, build quality and color reproduction. It has a variety of ports for connectivity and came with all necessary cables too.It is very bright for my needs and I usually keep brightness level to 50%. The 10 point multi touch screen is amazingly good and I did not experience any kind of lag so far. The best thing I really love is the stand. It is small yet sturdy and extends further when you want to switch to portrait mode. Also lights up red when powered on.I used the monitor thru USB-C interface of my laptops(HP spectre, Lenovo Thinkpad and Surface book) and it was good enough for both power and display. Never had to use the separate power adapter. It also has a speaker, but I didn't get a chance to use it much since I prefer a headset. The text display is also sharp and I didn't have any issues reading the code/text on screen which is much desirable being a programmer. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would strongly recommend this if you're looking for a touch screen based 1080p portable monitor. Will keep this review updated.

After great experience using UPERFECT true 4K portable monitor, I also got great experience with UPERFECT support team to troubleshooting. I would like to try this portable touchscreen monitor due to my work needed. In almost 2 months usage, the resolution of this 1080p monitor is very good and fulfill my daily work. I could directly plug in usbC cable to my Lenovo Thinkpad (Window 10) with this great touch screen to read lots of PDF literatures and it’s easy to highlight my notes. The monitor is looking neat by hiding all cables in the back kickstand. Overall, my user experience is great with this excellent performance of this monitor and affordable price.

I purchased this as a second monitor for my office. I have a small desk and wanted to still see clients on the other side of the desk. This monitor sits nicely and is not higher than my deskphone, but can be made higher if needed. It allows me to multitask much better and still see the face of my clients. The display is great. Very clear. It is also very stylish. Set up is straight forward. Definitely worth considering for a good second screen. I also like the ability to flip it around and show clients what I'm seeing.

Amazon Customer
Kiki and her team have been amazing to try and resolve my issue. Although I had issues with the product, the commitment to a satisfied customer is CLEARLY their ultimate goal.Remember, anyone can sell you a product, but its the follow up that matters. Kiki is very willing to be responsive. Only thing I can complain about is the fact they don't have an 800 number.

This is the 3rd or 4th portable monitor that I've tried and by far the best one. Its lightweight, and crystal clear. The touchscreen works great as well. The first monitor of this style that I ordered was defective but I reached out to customer support directly and they were prompt with troubleshooting and replacement support. I now have the replacement and everything works great. Some of the best customer support I have experienced. I highly recommend.

Good monitor. Sound works. Kickstand adds weight but comes in handy. Touch sensitivity with finger is excellent. If user will require a stylus heavily or is not proficient with touch screens already this might not be best fit.Had to return because my user was not able to work with the sensitivity level.

When I initially bought the touch monitor, it worked once. The following day it would not work properly. I contacted support and they offered solutions in a timely manner. They ended up shipping out a replacement monitor since the solutions offered did not work. The replacement monitor received now works great with my Samsung phone! I mainly use it with the Samsung Darex feature which shows me to use an app on my phone and another app on the monitor. Great for multi-tasking. I can turn the Samsung Darex off and screen my phone to the monitor if I want to. The picture quality is crisp & bright. The best part of the monitor, is the touch feature. The customer service received is one main reason I would consider purchasing their products in the future.
