I bought this monitor because I needed an extra screen when using my Framework laptop. I also wanted something that I could use to watch films on my phone and as a larger screen for my Steam Deck, this screen ticked those boxes perfectly. Being pretty lightweight (to carry from work to home) and with its own battery was a massive plus too.The screen is sharp and the viewing angle is very generous, the sound is decent and in stereo and the touchscreen is multi-touch which supports 8 touches at once. The battery is great, I've not tested it in any way but I have noticed an improvement in play time when it's charging my Steam Deck.The OSD is very intuitive to use with a push button rocker switch and separate back button. The OSD allows you to change source, mute sound, activate eye protection, delay sleep, brightness, contrast, volume, saturation, It allows you to change separate RGB values, preset RGB values (included a user defined setting). Gaming options include 3D sound, sharpness, crosshairs and Ultra HDR. This list isn't exhaustive.The monitor has four ports, one HDMI port, two USB C ports and one Micro USB OTG port. The HDMI works fine and I've not tested the OTG port. The USB C ports are labelled but the labels can be confusing: the upper port which is labelled with a lightning bolt is used to charge the battery, the lower port which is labelled with a battery sign is used to connect to devices and actively charge them. I'd have thought the opposite would be the case but c'est la vie.The devices I've used the screen with include a Framework Laptop running Fedora 35, which works as you would expect - it's a second monitor; a Steam Deck (see pictures) which again works great, including the touchscreen; and a Samsung phone (see pictures) which mirrors the screen.All in all, this is a great all-rounder which will work with almost any modern device.

I need this for work as I'm mobile but need to have various documents open at once. Also, I didnt want a huge screen as it looks ridiculous next to a MacBook Air. This fits perfectly, is easily portable, and the included stand is very useful. Different leads included but easiest is USB C-C.When I couldnt make it work one day, help was pretty responsive - though turned out I'd pressed the wrong button and it's been seamless since.

This monitor is the exact size of my laptop. I have a Zenbook and wanted a small 2nd monitor to travel with. It has a magnetic cover. The size, brightness and sound are all adequate for work applications and it costs far less than other portable monitors with speakers, etc.

I had high hopes for this. However, they were soon dashed when I plugged my Samsung S22 in.The monitor powered up and DeX started fine, but the level of buzzing noise was unbearable. The buzzing gets louder as you increase the backlight level until you hit level 15 when the monitor shuts down - clearly it is trying to draw far more power than the mobile phone is willing to provide.I have tried a competitor display which does not suffer this issue, so it is, in my view, a design issue, and not a compatibility issue.The buzzing does disappear when using an additional power source, but I don't want multiple cables and supplies when I am on the go, so this is not a suitable display (bear in mind, a competitor display 14") does not suffer this issue)...Additionally, after powering it externally and increasing the brightness, etc. I can no longer plug in just the mobile phone with no external supply (even if I was willing to put up with the loud buzz) - the display powers on, draws too much power, so reboots in an endless cycle.Time to initiate a return.

I was looking for a small second monitor for my PC, something I could use to watch films / TV on whilst gaming on the bigger main screen and being powered through my PC so I picked this up on offer at £135. Having read a few reviews of this style of USB-powered monitor my hopes weren't high but have been thoroughly exceeded.The unit itself is plastic and feels like what it is, a cheap lightweight small monitor. Connections are all solid and it comes with a basic set of cables (a little short for my use-case but I expected that). Brightness is very good - it is angled to avoid any significant glare from the window next to my desk and works well in bright summer daylight and at night. Setup was simple - I pliugged in the (full size) HDMI cable and ran a USB-A to USB-C cable from a spare USB3 socket on my PC. And it just worked. No drivers needed, no fiddling in display settings.It has bult in speaker which I wasn't expecting to be of any real use but they are surprisingly good. My main use-case is gaming and watching media wearing headphones but as my PC had no speakers connected this does a perfectly good job of providing audio when I want it without headphones.Image quality is okay. Colours are good but there is some slight motion blur / tearing when watching media. It's not terrible and is fine to watch. But it isn't as good as my main monitor, an iPad, or a TV.Overall, this is a really nice addition and well worth a look if you're after a small monitor that can be powered by your PC and driven by your graphics card.

A very nice touchscreen display which works out of the box without issue and is perfectly responsive without issue. Speakers sound good and clear. Been used to take to the office and is very handy as a secondary monitor to my laptop. The battery powered monitor is useful to avoid needing extra power cables.

Just what I was looking for (basic portable monitor for office-type work) at a reasonable price.The product description says Thunderbolt 3 is required for laptops, and USB 3.1 for mobiles, which seemed odd. Thankfully, it works with Surface Pro 7 using supplied USB-C cable to provide power and signal (Surface Pro 7 does not support Thunderbolt 3 but has USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 port supporting Display Port Alt Mode).Lightweight but feels solid. The ‘origami’ magnetic case/stand is effective, and the pencil hole for vertical orientation is a nice touch. (Also appreciate that they include and hdmi to hdmi mini cable)Picture shows it side by side with surface pro 7 at maximum brightness and flat colour profile.

USB-C input worked fine even from phone with no extra power but despite many email exchanges to support@uperfect.cc who tried to be helpful could not get input from HDMI to work. Mostly just flashed or said no input. Image, when working, also showed a vertical line and 2 horizontal lines but on the edges of the screen, these were not there on USB-C input. In essence rather good for USB but not for HDMI, which I needed - pity design was good.Later edit - Initially decided not to try a second but uperfect service recontacted me, intent on providing good service and sent a second screen. I can't fault their service and certainly now have a fully functioning portable screen of good quality. Would buy from them again.

Amazing monitor, comes with a which most portable monitors don’t have, had some problems with the first monitor that was sent to me but customer service was the best I’ve experienced and they sorted it out with no problems they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied to props to them. I have ordered this item twice in the space of a week and on both occassions the item delivered was not as advertised. While it looks similar in appearance the I/O is not the same. The models I received had no mini DP and the HDMI was mini, not full sized.UPDATE: I was contacted by "Tracy" at UPERFECT who profusely apologised for the incorrect item being shipped at has promised it is being dealt with by their production and quality control departments. While my rating remains the same due to it being an accurate representation of the purchase experience, I must commend the manufacturer for ackowledging their mistake and making amends. I am now using their 15" model and it is very good! 5/5

This is a very versatile FHD portable screen. I chose the 13" size specifically as it is more portable and easily to carry for traveling. We have taken this screen away on a recent weekend break away. The kids have connected their Nintendo switch to it as a separate larger screen and we have used it to watch streamed films and television programs. I can say that we are all please with the crystal clear and bright picture quality from this monitor. The inbuilt speaker quality is as you would expect from a portable screen. It is okay for convenience.It comes with its own case and screen protector which doubles up as a stand.

Will this work using just usb-c from right hand side of 2020 macbook pro, or does this just provide power?

If the Type C port of your macbook pro is a Thunderbolt 3 port ,then yes ,it can support one type c cable for power and signal transfer .

How adjustable is the stand? Does it stay in place?

The magnets are reasonably solid and it tends to stay in place well. The position of the screen depends upon friction between the monitor base and the stand so it becomes more unstable the further back you tilt it. There are no constraints on how difficult it is to use beyond that. I use it near vertical most days on a standing desk shelf next to the laptop and have no issues with it.

How do i get to settings ? i press menu only option to pick which input ? and the button don’t work when i press it only when i plug-in the usb

I have used this with a Surface Pro & now a HP Elite book - I use the settings option on my HP to extend the display then to my 2nd monitor I.e the monitor you are asking the question about.

Where are the volume controls?

they are on the side as a "+" and "-" Ive found that if you hit the "-" button first, it brings up the on screen volume slider, and then you can use the controls as normal. However if you hit the "+" button first, it will bring up the on screen brightness slider. Once I had worked that out it, it was simple :)

The input on my screen is FULL HDMI. Other inputs 1x Display Port & 2x USB C (1 used for power only). The product images also show a full HDMI. All leads to make connections are included. The only reason I can think of the differences is if the manufacturer has made "on going product improvements" and then (the seller/amazon) not updated the info on the product page.

I need a monitor to reflect what I film on my Samsung A71 phone will this work?

The screen needs a physical input (USB/HDMI) and doesn’t wirelessly do mirror image. As a suggestion if the Samsung a71 can screen mirror to chromecast / firetv stick then you could, in theory, plug those into the monitor (in addition to power) and tell your a71 to mirror to those devices

Well, one of the good things about this particular monitor is that it will work with a simple USB-C/thunderbolt3 cable (no adapter). Even better it works with a mini display port/thunderbolt2 cable. However, I find using Apples own thunderbolt3 to HDMI adapter makes colors pretty accurate.

I'm not sure what pen they used but it's just something that any normal length pen or pencil can be used for, or even just a chop stick or similar would be fine. The case it comes with makes for an excellent stand itself so you may never even have to use the pen hole.
